For over three decades, the MLK University/Community Planning Corporation has awarded more than 150 scholarships to Chapel Hill and Orange County high school and college students. These students have demonstrated a commitment to community involvement and improvement through their civic, educational and religious activities. We are proud to continue this tradition of scholarship and service to Chapel Hill community. We invite you to join us for the 38th MLK Jr. Memorial Banquet, as we commemorate Dr. King's legacy, strengthen our commitment to service and ignite community action. The proceeds will benefit scholarship opportunities for students and help support the planning of the annual MLK Jr. Memorial Banquet.
