Our spring program will be tailored towards 8U boys. The Let Them Play baseball club is based out of Mesa, Arizona and will be led and directed by bench coach for the Savannah Bananas premier team Michael Kowalski and former frontier league player and assistant coach Bodie Bryan in the upcoming 2023 Spring season. Our Mission at Let Them Play Baseball is to provide an environment where kids can develop as young boys within a baseball culture were the emphasis is on attitude and effort, not on outcomes. That being said, we are building a competitive program. Thus we are looking for high character, committed kids, who have experience in baseball. Kids who can field, catch, throw, hit, and run the bases. We are not looking for all the best players. We are looking for the right players, and families that will be the right fit for us, and our program. We currently are practicing on the field 5:00pm-6:30pm, Monday’s and Friday’s at Rhodes Junior High Little League Field: 1860 S. Longmore Road. Mesa,AZ. 85202. We have a private hitting facility were we conduct hitting practice on Wednesday’s at 5:00pm and Saturday’s at 9:00am. 40 W Baseline Road. Suite 110. Mesa,AZ. 85210. We will build up a core squad with the objective  to play 9U by Fall of 2023. The 2023 tournament teams goal will be to play all of the local Arizona Fall 9U tournaments from mid October through mid December in Arizona 2023. One of the aspects that makes our team unique is there are no tryout fees, or Let Them Play Arizona Alpaca per player dues. Players and families invited to be part of the program can expect to incur the costs to play in the Farm 8U East Valley Baseball league, and the shared costs of field/lighting rentals. After the East Valley baseball season and practices we will have a very good sample size to create a team for the future 2023 9U LTP Arizona Alpaca Tournament squad.
