No experience necessary! Beginners to Pros are welcome! We'll be training for 3 hours + an round robin "Inter Squad" tournament to close out the day. You will receive training in all disciplines of mma! From standup to clinch to throws to the ground game... we've got Fight University's founder John Brown leading the seminar with nearly 40 years in the fight game.
