Description

Bark For Life of Palm Beach County invites you to join them for the Bark For Life Howl at the Moon 5K Glow Fun Run! A glow fun run is a race that is held at night, and participants are encouraged to wear their best glow-in-the-dark gear while they run, jog or walk the track! You can go at your own pace, and receive your medal when you cross the finish line! Bark For Life of Palm Beach County is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society that celebrates cancer survivors and their canine caregivers. All funds raised will go to the American Cancer Society and their continued fight against cancer, a disease that has affected us all! This is a dog and family friendly event, so please feel free to bring your pups and kids along with you. All dogs MUST remain on a leash while in attendance, and there are no breed or size restrictions. Registration Fees: $25 for adults and children 12 years and over (includes registration, bib and medal) $10 for children 11 years and under (includes registration, bib and medal) $40 for VIP Registration Package: Includes registration, bib, medal, Glow Run swag bag and entry into drawing for 4-pack of tickets to Lion Country Safari. This package is available for in-person AND at-home participants. $25 for At-Home Registration: For out-of-town participants. Includes registration, bib and medal shipped to you. At home participants can complete their 5K anytime after they purchase their registration, and before February 25, 2023. Additional entries into the Lion Country Safari ticket chance drawing are available for $10 per entry. This fun run will have a staggered start, with participants starting in one of three pace groups: "Serious Runners", "Jazzy Joggers", and "Walk & Rollers". -Medals, bibs and VIP bags for at-home participants will start being mailed in the month of January. This will be a fun run, so we won't be recording times. However, there will be a race clock for the participants to use.
