Join us for the staged reading of an original musical "Armageddon: A Brutal Look into the Twisted American Psyche: Requiem: A New Musical," with a book by Gabriel Semrau and music and lyrics by Ian Taylor, Lila Fetter, Jessa Mose-Newman, Oliver Jacobson, Jack Corbett, Otto Nelson and William Militzer. The story follows Sam, an unpaid intern for "The Skeleton Crew," an organization of dubious legality hellbent on turning the world towards a bone broth-based economy. On her quest to prove herself as more than "just an intern," she crosses paths with Jeff Bezos and Andrew Lloyd Webber, comically rich billionaires filled with nothing but greed, spite, and an undying love for each other, Romeo and Juliet, brought back from the dead and determined to get revenge, and many more. This satirical comedy is sure to make you feel... something. The show features performances from Tate Zeleznik, Devin Schwarz, Matthew Gallego-Strasma, Ebie Lamb, Tessa Hanrath, Ian Weintraub, Eliza Braunschneider, Poppy Magee, Ryleigh Jaworski, Malcolm London, Nadya Matish, Bee Whalen, Lila Fetter, Mathias Takacs, Laurel Peterson, Bruno Hohn, Griffin Denomme and Gabriel Semrau.
