General admission attendees do not have assigned or reserved seating. However, there is seating available in the balcony during the scholarship presentation for attendees that are not able to purchase a table. $35 - VIP Tables: Comes with 10 tickets, 10 seats and a complimentary bottle of champagne. $400 - Premium VIP Tables: Comes with 10 tickets, 10 seats and two complimentary bottle of champagne located on the dance floor. $450 What's the refund policy? There is a NO REFUND POLICY!!! If I purchased a table can I decorate my table early? Yes, on 12/17 between 12pm and 5pm, the Civic Center will be open for table purchasers to decorate their table. Please ensure the table complies with the party's theme. A black table cloth, champagne flutes and a table center piece will be provided. Can I purchase more than one table? Yes, you can purchase more than one table. Unfortunately, there's a limitation with the Eventbrite site that prevents you from purchasing multiple tables on the same transaction. The best way is to either 1) Have someone else purchase the 2nd or 3rd table once the tickets go on sale or 2) Complete one transaction and go back in to complete the additional transaction(s). Will there be extra seating if I don't purchase a table? Yes, general admission seating is available in the balcony on a first come first serve basis. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? The printed ticket is accepted as well as a digital ticket on your phone. Either type will be scanned at the door prior to entry to prevent ticket fraud. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? The name on the ticket does not have to match the attendee's name. However, each attendee must have a unique ticket. Ensure the ticket purchaser provides you with a ticket that is not a duplicate. All tickets will be scanned at the door. Attendees with duplicate tickets will not be allowed to enter. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes, 21 years old to enter. IDs will be checked at the door. What's the dress code for this event? This is a red carpet event. Dress to impress. No ballcaps, no t-shirts. This is an ALL WHITE event. ALL WHITE is highly encouraged but not required. The League reserves the right to deny entry based on dress code. Is all white required to enter the event? No, all white is not requred. What can I bring into the event? Food and alcoholic beverages are allowed. Will there be security at this event? Yes, we pride ourselve on ensuring our event is as safe and secure as possible.
