Gardener/Yard Work: Seeking a P/T Gardener (individual not a company) to work approx 8 hours per week at my home in Greenville, off Edwards Rd, 3mi from downtown. Work may be done in a singular day during the week or spread throughout the week after another F/T Job. Flexibility in when you can come due to rain is a must. Pay: $20 per hour Experience: Seeking someone with at least 1yr of professional landscaping experience who is resourceful (you can figure things out on your own), detailed (you strive for perfection), and able to improve (you can take feedback and make it better next time). Duties: Regular Maintenance: Mow, Edge, and blow approx 10k square of grass weekly during growing season Blow off all hards surfaces (deck, walkways, driveway Bed Maintenance including picking up sticks, spraying for weeds, and hand weeding Edging Ivy in beds and had pruning Ivy from climbing up trees Blow Leaves in the Fall to the street Projects: Spread Mulch each year approx 80 yds in beds Planting new bushes and flowers Pruning bushes and trees Annual Aerating and Seeding Other Household Tasks: Washing/Cleaning 2 cars Cleaning Outdoor Furniture Washing Windows/Deck All Lawn Equipment and Tools provided by Homeowner
