Looking to start pop/punk-emo band

I'll give this another shot. I am a singer looking to start a pop/punk - emo band. My influences are Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Blink 182, Sum 41, Nirvana, and a lot more. I am not the greatest singer, but I put a lot in to it. I do have a family and a day job so this is just for fun. I'd like to see how far it goes. I want to gig a few times a month and who knows what else could happen. I'll attach a few links to some of my older music in old bands and maybe a more recent one. I have a name picked out if it's ok to use it. I prefer to do originals but I'm not above a couple of covers. Please don't hesitate to text me as I am eager to get things going.
