Looking for some help with cleaning and refurbishment of town home for sale or possible rent. Tasks may include yard work, cleaning, moving and organizing items, cleaning and sanding doors, painting of walls, doors and trim, and potential remodel assist in various ways.
Expect initially to be 6-8 hours each day for six to ten days. Work schedule can be a bit flexible. Typical day is 11-6 weekdays and 9-5 weekends
