I have a gear repair business. I focus on the repair and maintenance of vintage tube guitar amps. I specialize in the rebuilding and restoration of vintage Fender amps. I can also do wiring and setup on guitars and basses, keyboard repairs, effect pedal repairs, pa and rack gear repairs and much more. Basically, if it makes sound, I might be able to take a look at it. I have all the proper tools for a thorough diagnostic procedure: function generators, o-scope, tube tester, multiple meters, and much more to figure out what you need to get your gear in top shape. As I mentioned, I also do setups. I took some basic guitar building and luthier courses, so I don't claim to be a master, but I do have good solid skills as far as setting up your acoustic or electric guitar or bass to enable it to play its best. In addition, I can wire up pickups or repair/replace any broken hardware, as well as some basic modifications. I have also taken woodworking courses and have a basic woodshop for any cabinet repairs or custom builds. If you have gear that needs some attention, I can probably help. My rates are incredibly competitive, and the work is top notch. I am located about five miles north of the town of Black Hawk, about twenty to thirty minutes north of I-70, depending on conditions.
