Seeking Casino Night Croupiers/Dealers – Will Train

Our company is the largest Casino Night Operator in the area, having been in business over 35 years. As with every Holiday season, we find ourselves in needing to add to our staff to cover all the events we are doing. We provide Casino Entertainment in the greater DC area for parties. Most of our clients are corporate organizations, law firms and the like. THERE IS NO REAL MONEY INVOLVED. Our Casino events are for FUN only, though often guests play for prizes. Upon entering, guests are given casino money to play with and they try to amass more in the hopes of winning a prize. Events usually run for 3 hours. Most all events are in the evening and most usually in a Hotel Ballroom. Dealers are asked to arrive at LEAST 15 minutes prior to the start of an event. Pay for Blackjack Dealers is $20.00 per hour to start. Dealers dress in basic Black and White (Black Skirt or Pants, White Collared Button-down shirt and bow tie). Dealers are welcome to add a vest, scarf jacket etc, as they wish. Just as long as it looks good. Once done in training, we can let you know what events are open, the location and time. Your choice to accept or pass. But if you accept, PLEASE be aware we expect you on time. Unlike regular Casino Dealers, our dealers are encouraged to be social. To teach people how to play the games and to make it fun. The only requirement is that you learn the game and that you have a nice, polite and social presentation. Training class time varies on how much you know coming in and how quickly you learn the rules of dealing the game. Some dealers required only 30 minutes. Some have taken 2 hours. But as long as you can count to 21 using all the numbers from 1 to 11, you can do the job. Those with actual Casino Experience are welcome as well! We only have space for about 6 new dealers, so if interested, please respond soon. And thanks for reading. And yes, we do events all year round in the area.
