Rehoming beagle 10 mo old

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we need to rehome our beagle. Chip is about 10 months old. He is great with kids and cats. He is outside most of the time but with the colder weather, he does want to come in. He also sleeps in his kennel inside the garage every night. He has had lots of room to roam as we live in the country. I think he would make a good farm dog or a country dog. I don't think he would like to be confined to a small yard in the city. He does like to be around people. We would like him to go to someone or a family that would have time to spend with a dog. He would come with his kennel, dog house, food, treats, collar, leash, jacket for cold weather and a training collar. He has had his 1st set of shots but is not neutered. We are asking for a $200 rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a great home. We are located between Chetek, Cameron and Barron.
