Found? Lost? Hoping these 2 dogs have been found

Found While driving down Prairie Rd this morning I witnessed 2 dogs 1st dog was a deer colored Chihuahua type. 2nd dog was a Shih Tzu type They were tied together Chihuahua Male was tied to Shih Tzu They were tied together for at least 10 min I was worried they could be hit by a car So I called police I waited another 10 min hoping police would get there They never showed The dogs lost tie and headed down the road Hoping they were found! Hoping they are ok? Please let me know I am an animal lover I hope your dogs are home safe
