Cleaning Service Needed - Routine Common Area Cleaning

Looking for a cleaning company to service (5) multifamily properties in RI (more properties to be added in the future). Tasks include: 1. Vacuum and washing the common stairs and hallways of apartment buildings (no entry into apartments needed) 2. Clean around laundry equipment in basement and dispose of dryer sheets and lint. $200 total for each round of cleanings. This shall be repeated every 3 weeks Please view the attached photo for city of property, number of stairwells, and if has a laundry room.
