Description
1) Need to stop erosion of soil into drainage ditch in front of and on side of small apartment building.
2) Need to clear excess dirt and weeds from ditch for proper drainage.
Already spoke to City of Houston and they say it's the owner's responsibility.
Located in Fifth Ward.
