Trying to identify person

If anyone can tell me this person's name I would sure appreciate it! He gave me a fake name and address plus a big lie. He took my son's dog and wont return him. Said he wants $2500 to return the dog. the dog belongs to 12 year old son. Please email me if you have any idea. He drives a black 2500 Ford truck, Powerstroke diesel it is the one in the picture at the end of the driveway. Thanks.
