110 gallon saltwater aquarium

I have a 110 gallon saltwater aquarium that I would like to get rid off. Started a new job and with the kids it is hard to take care of it like I would normally do. The tank has a sump it will come with a reef octopus 110 and a pretty new Kessel ap 700. It also comes with a 2 wave makers There is a good amount of live rock and live sand. There is a some fish that will come as well as it has some nice leathers corals in it. Because I haven't had time for like I would like it has some bubble alge and some hair alge. I am asking for 200. Just the light is worth more than that.
