Spark @ Embers Annual NYE Cocktail Bash! Don't miss the fun and food! Spark is the place for New Year's Eve! Spark’s annual Cocktail Bash includes charcuterie with house-cured meats and cheeses from around the world. Butler passed hor d’oeuvres includes favorites from the Spark menu such as lobster croquettes, prime beef, shrimp and grits, all freshly created by our chef. Sparks mixologists will have unlimited prosecco, 2 specialty cocktails, classic well drinks, wines by the glass and our draft beers. Ring in 2023 at Spark! This event has sold out the past years. $100 per person pre-purchased  with 20% gratuity included in $120 ticket price. Doors open at 9 pm. First come first seating. No reservations. These tickets are for open seating and are non-refundable. Gratuity is included. Attendees will need proper 21 or older ID.
