Tickets are limited to 4 per family. **************NOTES TO PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS OF K-2 PERFORMERS*************** After-school procedures for student-performers: Please pack an extra (healthy) snack for your child to eat after school prior to their performance in the theatre. At 4 p.m., parents will be asked to meet students in their classrooms for some delicious treats and mingling with other families until approximately 4:20 p.m., at which time parents will be dismissed to the Theatre with their child's belongings (e.g. backpack and homework). Students will walk over to the Theatre from their classrooms separately with their teachers. Goody bags will be provided so that student-performers can enjoy their desserts after their 4:30 p.m. performance. Preferred parking: Please head directly to your child's classroom upon arriving on campus at 4 p.m. A basketball tournament will also be taking place in the Tutt Field House on this same evening. If able, please park in the gravel lot located on the north side of the Trianon, the main parking lot in front of the Trianon, or in the spaces on the east side of the Theatre. Dress code for student-performers: It is tradition for students to bring their best Holiday Tea dress clothes to school with them in the morning and to change into those outfits after school. Options may include a collared dress shirt or blouse; a skirt or dress; dress pants or a pantsuit; a suit or sport coat; dress shoes and socks; a tie. Teachers will help 3rd-5th grade students change into their dress clothes prior to their classroom party at 4 p.m. * Parents with students in both performances should plan for one parent to meet their K, 1st, or 2nd grade child(ren) at their classroom(s) after Performance #1 and to then take their child(ren) back to the Theatre to see the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Performance #2. Refreshments will be made available for these families in the LPAC Gallery following the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Holiday Tea concert.
