No-water framed moss wall art workshop fee includes: Two 4"x6" and/or 5"x7" frames. (Frame color options may include black, white, or natural.)Various preserved, dried, dyed, and hand-painted plant materials including mosses, ferns, leafs. and flowers.*All of the things you need to make your piece of art from start to finish! (Must be able to use a hot glue gun, scissors, and large tweezers.)Green Lady Gardens began as a floriculture art and decor studio that specialized in making no-water moss and fern gardens using 100% real dried, preserved, dyed, and hand-painted plant materials. Even though every leaf, moss clump, branch, flower, lichen, and mushroom in these creations were real, they required no water, light, or humidity to stay vibrant and life-like. These verdant arrangements were framed or installed in various containers, such as small magnetic spice holders, vases, terrariums, wooden bowls, or lanterns. The container scenes often depicted miniature people living life in various ways, such as elderly couple holding hands, a beekeeper, or a woman doing yoga. After years of customer demand, we are finally ready to teach you how to make your own 100% real, no care, moss and fern art! More about the materials and artist: The owner of Green Lady Gardens, Jessica, dries, preserves, dyes, and/or paints almost all of the plant materials herself. Pre-treated plant materials are mostly imported from France, where one of the highest quality suppliers of dried and preserved plant materials in the world is located. Jessica has made hundreds of pieces of floriculture art. She has done a number of large custom orders, including two lobby pieces for a condo complex in Santa Monica, CA. Her favorite custom order was a depiction of a couple's wedding day in a large lantern. There was a bridge over a river, a wedding arch, and fields of flowers. *Materials in photos are not necessarily representative of what will be available in your class.
