Bark collar

Does anyone have a bark collar I could borrow for a week or so. I don't have $ to buy one at the moment, and I'm going to have to give up my dog Elwood if I can't get him to stop howling when I have to go to work. I will give it back. Or if anyone on the north end of myrtle beach is interested in chilling with him when I work 5pm-around midnight-1am weekdays, can hang out here,or I can drop him off.
