Danny Byrne and Malia Carvalho invite you to our Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony! The event on Wednesday December 21st will include: * Intentional fair trade, organic cacao offering: a heart opening beverage that induces feelings of joy, love and well-being. *Soundbath and Live Music *Guided Meditation *Restorative Yoga + Gentle Movement *Plant-Based treats and herbal tea will be served at the end for further connection. Details: *Only 8 gatherers maximum for this event! *Please arrive at 6:15 to get cozy *Cacao is best on a lighter stomach - please eat at least two hours prior to the event. *We provide yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks (all sanitized)! ~You are welcome to bring an additional mat if you want more padding. If you are sensitive to pet hair, we recommend bringing your own blanket. We do our best to de-fur the space, but we have a very fluffy mini Eskimo who also enjoys being cozy ;-). All ages and levels welcome! These gatherings are a beautiful experience if you are just beginning your yoga and meditation journey or if you have been practicing for decades.
