Description
I am rehoming my long haired German Shepard. He's a year old. His name is Herschel. We got him when he was a puppy from a very neglected and abusive home. He does have some anxiety, but he's super loving. He's amazing with kids and other dogs. He is crate trained, and potty trained. He does pee a little when he's excited but he's been doing a lot better. He's full of energy and thinks he's a lap dog. He hasn't ever met someone he doesn't like. The only reason we are rehoming him is we have a feeling our neighbor is hurting him. I work 13 hours a day and my husband works out of state. So we aren't able to keep an eye on him when he's outside. He does love being outside during the day due to him having so much energy. He will bark if he hears another dog that he's unfamiliar with or if someone comes near our house. He's a very good alert dog. Which seems to bother our cranky neighbor. He is up to date on shots and is chipped. He just had his nails cut and was groomed. He will come with his cage, collar, treats, toy, leash, and chip paperwork. He is full German Shepard but we don't have his papers for him. We are asking a rehoming fee of $600 to make sure he goes to a loving home. We will be selective on his next family as we hate to have to rehome him.
