A Sound Bath is an experience that uses sound waves from crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments that carry vibrations to slow down brainwaves into a restorative state, activating powerful self-healing within the mind, body and spirit. Allow yourself to connect to your subconscious mind through these healing tones. While melting into a comfortable position, use this opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within.
