Identify projects that can capture the new 45L tax credit in the Inflation Reduction Act, and incentives from the NJ Clean Energy program by certifying to the Energy Star or DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes programs. Explain to clients the certification process for Energy Star and DOE ZERH Homes, and the quality assurance benefits that add to the energy code compliance and financial incentives.
