Led by Flow Yoga’s Owner and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility specialist (FRC- System) Carolina Bolinger, this 2hr workshop is designed for anyone desiring greater range of motion, pain relief, body awareness, ease of some physical discomforts, or increase mobility.
You will learn how to use a tennis ball as Self-Myofascial Release tool as well as self-massage from head to toe to completely opening up your body, move with greater ease, and be empowered by your newfound ability to self-care for stress, anxiety, aches and tension.
We will explore how the breath has a key role in releasing muscle tension, we warm up the body by using different techniques from Yoga, to Controlled Articular rotation and functional movements. Options, modifications and hands on adjustments will be offered throughout the workshop.
Tennis balls will be provided, and you are welcome to bring your own tennis ball from home if you have a favorite! Come prepared to learn more about your body and have fun!
