This meditative sound concert will use crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, shamanic drum, chimes, gongs, ocean drum and more.A beautiful way to release the stress from the week and dive into the depths of your soul, releasing and letting go of the attached "negative emotions" that you may be carrying and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, ready to begin your manifestation process. ✨During this 1.5 hour long session, we will begin with light breath work, setting intentions and settle into your relaxed space. ************************************************************* ✨A Sound Bath is a meditative acoustic sound concert that "washes" away stress and brings you to a state that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind and activates your bodys natural healing system. Enter a chamber of healing vibrations that revitalize the mond, body and spirit, leaving you feeling elevated and recharged. ********************************************************** (This is a laying/sitting down experience) To create the most comfortable space for a full enjoyable experience, here are some suggestions on what to bring: *1-2 blankets to bundle up *Pillow for underneath the back of your knees ( if needed) *Water bottle *Socks to wear * Eye pillow/eye mask/cloth ( Bring your yoga mat/ pad or sleeping bag and pillow, for more padded comfort.
