Tai chi is an art embracing the mind, body and spirit, and is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and benefit from. For many, it continues as a lifetime journey. In this third class of a 3-part series, we will focus on the different styles and types of Tai Chi. We will learn movements from the different styles to create and develop a regular tai chi workout for ourselves.
