Join White Lab's research chef Bert Sheffield and head chef Charles Creighton for a culinary crash course in pizza dough making on Saturday, Dec 17th from 2-3:30pm. In this class, you will learn how to make, ferment and prepare your own pizza dough and will learn tips and tricks from our expert chefs. You will not only have a blast getting your hands on fresh dough, each guest will leave with a take-home pizza kit for your friends and family to enjoy.
