Brand new in the box metropolitan cat condo for sale. Looks like a bookcase. Black metal frame with removable brown cushions on the platforms that can be removed and washed. The one in the box is the same as pictures shown. It's 62"H x31"W x15"D. I ordered one and they sent me two. This was bought off the Refined Feline website $330. It's on sale now for $275. I'll sell this for $250.
