DOGS IN NEED OF GOOD HOME

Hello, I am trying to re-home my sister-in-law's Chihuahuas. I am unsure how old they are but they are neglected by her on a daily basis. I cannot surrender them to a shelter/pound because that would involve needing my SIL to sign over the dogs to me and she is a violent, manipulative individual. These dogs deserve a good home. They are kept in cages outside almost 24/7 and neglected the proper care, attention, and love that they need. One dog is tan and is male, his name is Zeke. The other is brown and female, her name is Coco. They can be adopted together or adopted separately. I cannot bring in animal control as I know my SIL will cause a scene and it will end up backfiring on my husband and I. I want to re-home these dogs quickly and quietly. She does not deserve them and all she does is yell at them. She doesn't even take them out for walks or anything. They're badly in need of grooming. I cannot take them in as I have cats and the dogs don't get along with felines.
