About a month ago, my kids found this dog.. what appears to be a such shepherd. At Matthews Park I have searched all over next-door app as well as post pictures on there, but I cannot find the owner. Very well behaved extremely smart, so I know somebody is missing their dog.  If anybody recognizes dog, please contact me.
