Solo musician looking for a rehearsal space

Musician here looking for a shared rehearsal space with WIFI. I play bass, synths, plus a drum machine. I also work in production. I have a desk with recording equipment and I work with a DAW. A vocalist and guitarist may join sometimes. There is NO band and NO party. A 11' X 11' footprint would be ideal-- if possible. I'm looking for a place to work--- not party. Thanks, Peace
