November Hotel seeks guitar player

There's been a lot of questions and some confusion with my last post, so I'm making a new one (I'll try to delete the old ones) Do you play lead or rhythm guitar and do you like "grunge" music and live in the Ames or Des Moines area? November Hotel is looking for a either a lead or solid rhythm guitar player. To help clarify "grunge" we play Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Mad Season, STP, Screaming Trees etc...but we also play some non Seattle bands like Smashing Pumpkins, Live, Weezer, Toadies, Radiohead and several others. We rehearse Ames and it's typically every Thursday night. We do have someone that comes from West Des Moines for rehearsal, so carpooling is an option. We are al guys in our 30's and 40's but any age/gender is welcome as long as you have an easy going personality and are willing to learn songs outside of rehearsal.
