5 month old puppy looking for home

Mr. Doobert aka Doobie was found on a road about 2 months ago. He was filthy and very skinny. No one stepped forward to claim him. Doobie loves cuddling with people and just being around his people in general. He is potty trained but still has excited pees every once in a while. He is kennel trained but throws a little hissy fit for a few minutes when he is first put in the kennel. He knows sit and we are working on stay and being easy when he takes treats out of people's hands. He would be best with someone with a yard as he has a lot of energy to work of an enjoys spending most of his day outside. He is good with other dogs but hasn't been around cats or kids. He does jump at you which we are working on. He has an adoption fee of $50. Not neutered and not been to the vet that I know of.
