Description
Large brown dog with I believe a blue collar. Brownish in color, possible lab/pit mix. West side of 204th St., 100 feet North of Center St onramp at 11:30 AM. Seems smart, avoiding road. Informed humane society. He barked and wouldn't let me closer than 12 feet or I would have grabbed him.
