Maintenance man and painter & cleaning needed for single family homes

We have an immediate openings for a maintenance man and painter/cleaner to work on single family homes. We are looking for 2 individuals to perform general maintenance such as general labor, painters (interior and exterior), drywall repairs, and light electrical, plumbing and carpentry trim and framing we also need a part time cleaning personnel. To qualify you must have: * A minimum of 1 year experience. * Be familiar with single family home repair work. * Be dependable, reliable and be willing to learn. * Have your own transportation -- Preferable a Work Van. * Have your own hand tools. This person must be able to perform general maintenance on single family homes for move ins and general maintenance in occupied homes. This is a full-time position.
