Handyman needed for deck sanding

I have a small handyman repair company and we need someone that can help when needed. Currently we have several small jobs on the board. We need someone that needs to fill in where needed. We are too small for a full time position. We need a 20 foot by 20 foot deck sanded and prepped for staining. Sanding only. We will pay $22.00 an hour and will provide the materials and sander needed. As we get other things we would be glad to continue to use the same person when it works out for you and us. We get various handyman duties and sometimes need someone to help with the overflow. $22 an hour is firm as we are small and trying to grow.
