Need rhythm/lead player

We are an original band that plays some covers, but mostly wants to focus on the original music that we've written. The style of music is somewhere between rock, country, and folk music. We also do some covers such as Tom Petty, The Eagles, Johnny Cash, Pink Floyd, etc. We've done a few gigs so far until our lead player bailed. I'm looking for someone with lead experience who's able to improvise lead on songs they've never heard and such, as well as playing near perfect leads to known songs. You must be dedicated to coming to a practice session every week near Thornville, Ohio (about 30 minutes east of Columbus). Those of you from the Licking County/Newark area should definitely respond!
