Looking to mentor Musician for Church

Looking to train a potential musician on the piano/keyboard to assist the music dept for a traditional Baptist church. You don't have to be a skillful musician now, but willing to learn and have the potential to grow. You will be playing/ assisting for one service on Sundays and attending atleast 2 rehearsals a month. Must have transportation. This is a paid position. Serious reply only.
