Immediate opening for a handyman/maintenance technician for real estate rental company in Springfield area. Compensation: hourly, based on experience level. Around 10 hours per week including after hours and week ends Requirements: Own reliable vehicle (preferably a truck) & tools, some electrical and plumbing skills, be able to show up on time and work independently.
