I am looking for someone to construct a flower bed boarder and boarder around two trees. White stone with a cap and 5 inch by 5 inch foundation with rebar. It is about 118 ft total and will be even with the foundation of the house. I am looking for direct Mason not a contractor. Want turn key proposals labor and materials.
