TEAMS ONLY APPLY. INDIVIDUALS NEED NOT APPLY. Commercial Cleaning Team ONLY - $4,000/month (5 locations); Monday - Friday after 6 pm. Start date set for week of JANUARY 9th. Phone interview, video interview, and in-person interview required for all teams. All team members will be interviewed. Professional janitorial cleaning contract for a TEAM ONLY to clean FIVE academic buildings in the Northern Kentucky area: (Fort Thomas/Florence/Taylor Mill/Richwood/Highland Heights). *Each location will REQUIRE a team of 2 with one back up, total of 3. YOU MUST BE A TEAM. This position requires professional experience, hard work and dedication. Contract is ongoing. Perfect for an existing professional TEAM or family business TEAM looking to expand. All facilities will be closed during servicing. This position cannot be subcontracted. NOTE TO TEAMS: all buildings have cameras in all rooms. All cleaning chemicals and consumable supplies will be provided at no cost to YOUR TEAM. Equipment (vacuums, mops, etc) are expected to be supplied by YOUR TEAM. Janitorial nightly tasks for YOUR TEAM include: Vacuuming Mopping Dusting Countertops Spot cleaning glass Emptying trash Cleaning restrooms Total payout for team: 1099 compensation: $4,000/month paid monthly. This is a contractual position.
