Re-homing 3 month old Yorkie Puppy

I will try this again. I am looking to rehome my 3 month old Yorkie Puppy. He is neutered. He is very sweet but due to landlord issues I can no longer have him. He loves people and is full of energy. He will make you laugh on a daily basis with his antics. He will try to carry the largest stick on the block no matter how big. He tries jump and catch rain when it falls on his head. He has the cuties run/jump when he has a stick. Beau gives full face kisses and is very curious. I am looking for a good home for him. There will be a rehoming fee of $.... If I you are right person I will give you everything I have for him. I do not want to shelter or rescue him. Please don’t report, I have a very limited time to find him a home. I want to find him a loving home. I need to move him by the end of the weekend.
