Moving to an area where no pets are allowed. I rescued him from a family friend and had him for a year. He is laid back, calm, loves to explore if he is comfortable enough, good with kids who are gentle, does not like being picked up and loves to chill under sofa so I would recommend something to block that off. He comes with food, hay, litter pan, play pen, transporting cage, brush,& nail clippers. I prefer him to be rehomed to someone who has experience with rabbits. There is a small adoption fee - $30
