Learn to recognize basic electronics and read a simple schematic diagram while soldering a simple light up holiday tree.
This class will walk you through all the steps of assembling a very simple LED light-up holiday tree project.
You will learn to read a simple schematic diagram and to recognize the parts on it (LED, resistor, capacitor, and power-supply). We will discuss what each of these parts does in the circuit. Then you will have a chance to learn soldering safety and technique, and practice assembling your own talk-home light-up holiday tree!
