Join Us for an evening of winter inspired Craft Cocktails using seasonal Ingredients!
About this event: Learn the art and skill of bartending with Danielle, cocktail enthusiast and General Manager of Girard Craft and Cork. Danielle will demonstrate the proper way to create three winter inspired cocktails with seasonal ingredients as you follow along creating your very own craft cocktails.
We will begin the evening with a short welcome reception accompanied by an arrival aperitif. We will start the mixology workshop by creating a spiced chai old-fashioned using bitters and syrups. Next, we will create a cranberry mule! Here you will learn to make your cocktail swoon worthy through the art of garnishing. Lastly, we will end the evening with a Mexican Chocolate Martini, a play on a childhood favorite; Mexican hot chocolate! We will incorporate bitters and small batch liqueurs into this delicious martini to take it up a notch. We'll have cheese and charcuterie available during the cocktail workshop as a lite snack. Once we finish the workshop, you will have a moment to mingle and order any items utilized in the class.
Event duration is two hours. It is encouraged that all participants eat prior to the event. Gratuity for instructors is not included. Tipping is greatly appreciated! Participants must be 21+ with valid ID.
