You're invited to... Introduction to Mala Making & intention setting class at the wonderful Broadway Bakery! Join me for an inspiring evening as we embrace our inner artist while designing your very own Mala. A Mala is a garland of 108 beads often used in meditation to increase focus, enhance spiritual vibrations of intention, and as protection from noise and negative energy. During this workshop you will learn about Mala making , setting intentions, and how to use your Mala in meditation. Infused with your radiant energy and intention, your Mala can be a powerful tool for personal transformation, empowerment and mindful living. Come solo or bring a friend - with an open mind and open heart - and walk away with a a one-of-a-kind design that is personal and meaningful - a Mala that truly embodies your vibe. Great as a gift for a special friend too! We will be creating a mala with the intention of self love and protection. The precious stones we will be using are rose quartz and Indian agate. Rose Quartz is the stone of infinite peace. It helps to bring deep inner healing and self love, while attracting love and helping us to better accept it. Rose quartz encourages us to give love abundantly and accept it with grace. It encourages empathy and forgiveness. Agate is known for its exceptional grounding and calming capabilities. It is a stone of comfort that can provide support for any person grieving a loss or trying to overcome a bad habit. It is also a great stone for aiding in protection. Price of ticket ($65) includes all materials needed for creating your mala as well as a complimentary hot drink (tea or coffee) from the cafe. The cafe will have additional snacks and specialty drinks for additional purchase. I am so excited to share this journey of joy and Mala making with you!
