After the course is finished, this will turn into a fun Holiday party between the Huntington, Babylon & East Islip Offices. There will be open bar, appetizers, and hors d’oeuvres served as well as a photo booth and additional; heated outdoor tent area reserved for us. For those of you who are unable to attend the CE credits or do not need them, we still hope to see you at the party and arrive at 6PM. 😊 Agency Law (3.75 CE Credits)The law of agency in a real estate transaction defines the legal relationship between real estate professionals and their clients. New York License Law and Agency is a mandatory course that will walk participants through the duties that real estate professionals owe to their clients and what disclosures need to be made to the clients. Topics covered include: the purpose of the law of agency, different types of agency relationships, the agency disclosure form, dual agency and more.
