At Koala Insulation of Boulder, we are looking for an ambitious, motivated team member to join one of our insulation teams. Koala Insulation is an insulation and energy efficiency contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. This position within the company will help in performing high-quality insulation services for residential and commercial projects.  Services performed will include blown-in fiberglass and cellulose installs, fiberglass batt installs, vinyl blanket insulation installs, insulation removal, among others. This position will be paired with other team members to get jobs done the right way. Duties/Responsibilities Safety:  Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational health and safety laws.  Operations:  Assists in removal and installation of insulation.  Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation.  Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer.  Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job. Other: Performs other related duties as required.   Required Skills/Abilities Excellent time management. Teamwork minded. Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED required Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred. Insulation experience preferred, but not required (blown-in, spray foam, batts). Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
